Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to create a BlindID account or use the Services, even with parental or guardian consent.

If it is determined, or there is reasonable suspicion, that a user is under the age of 18, BlindID may:

  • request age or identity verification,

  • temporarily restrict access to the account or certain features,

  • suspend the account, or

  • permanently terminate the account.

Subject to legal obligations and evidence preservation requirements, personal data determined to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be appropriately deleted or destroyed.

3. Account Creation and Account Security

The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when creating an account is accurate and up to date.

The user is responsible for ensuring that their phone number or other verification methods are not made available for use by third parties, for protecting account access information, and for maintaining the security of the account.

If you believe that your account has been used without authorization, you must immediately contact BlindID at support@blindid.com.

BlindID may request additional verification in order to investigate account compromise, fraud, payment abuse, false identity, multi-account abuse, or other security risks.

4. Community Rules

BlindID aims to provide a safe and respectful communication environment.

The following conduct is not permitted:

  • insults, threats, bullying, harassment, or hate speech,

  • unlawful disclosure of other users’ personal information,

  • sexual harassment, unwanted sexual content, or obscene conduct,

  • any sexual or abusive conduct targeting minors,

  • grooming or activities involving the sexual exploitation of children,

  • fraud, deception, payment abuse, or conduct intended to cause financial harm to users,

  • encouraging the commission of a crime, disseminating criminal methods, or facilitating unlawful activity,

  • unauthorized access to other persons’ accounts or payment instruments,

  • manipulating BlindID systems, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, or circumventing security measures,

  • spam, automation, fake engagement, or creation of artificial earnings,

  • impersonating another person for the purpose of misleading others,

  • any other conduct contrary to applicable law.

Depending on the nature of the violation, BlindID may impose sanctions including content or feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

5. Group Voice Chat Rooms

Group Voice Chat Rooms are subject to BlindID’s Community Rules and security/moderation policies.

Whether a group room is open, invitation-only, or restricted within the application does not prevent BlindID from applying its platform security and moderation rules.

BlindID may have authorized moderators or security personnel present in Group Voice Chat Rooms.

Depending on the nature of the incident and the feature, moderation personnel may not be separately visible in the user interface.

Users joining a group room acknowledge that group rooms are subject to BlindID’s security and moderation systems.

5.1. Security Monitoring and Review

BlindID may, through authorized personnel, review and listen to the relevant Group Voice Chat Room where there is:

  • a user report,

  • suspicion of a serious violation of the Community Rules,

  • fraud or payment abuse,

  • threats, harassment, or blackmail,

  • a child safety risk,

  • conduct that may constitute a criminal offense,

  • an incident threatening the security of users or the platform.

BlindID does not use Group Voice Chat Rooms for continuous and unlimited monitoring.

5.2. Security-Related Audio Recording

BlindID does not routinely record all Group Voice Chat Rooms.

However, where one of the security or legal review grounds listed above exists, and where an audio recording is necessary and proportionate for investigating the incident, detecting the violation, preserving evidence, or establishing, exercising, or protecting a right, the part of the conversation related to the incident may be recorded.

Recording activity is limited to the narrowest extent reasonably possible.

Such recordings are not used for:

  • general content production,

  • advertising,

  • user profiling, or

  • commercial inference based on the content of conversations.

Access to recordings is limited to authorized personnel whose duties require such access, professional advisers, and legally authorized authorities.

5.3. Risk of Recording by Third Parties

BlindID may not be technically able to completely prevent users from using the screen or audio recording functions available on their own devices.

Accordingly, audio or content shared in Group Voice Chat Rooms may technically be recorded by other users.

This notice does not grant third parties any right to make unlawful recordings or to use recordings unlawfully.

Users are responsible for recordings and disclosures they make.

BlindID does not encourage or authorize unlawful recording or disclosure.

6. One-to-One Voice Calls

BlindID does not listen to or record the audio content of One-to-One Voice Calls between users for routine moderation purposes.

Audio from One-to-One Voice Calls is not stored by BlindID as a permanent audio recording.

For the technical provision of the Service, prevention of abuse, and system security, the following non-content technical information may be processed:

  • the start and end time of the call,

  • system identifiers of the accounts participating in the call,

  • connection and session records,

  • IP and device information,

  • performance, error, and security logs.

BlindID will comply with its legal obligations where there is a valid court order, prosecutor’s order, other order from an authorized authority, or another binding obligation under applicable law.

7. Transmission of External Calls or Third-Party Audio into Group Rooms

If a user transmits into a Group Voice Chat Room the audio of a conversation conducted through a telephone call, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, FaceTime, or another communication service, the user making the transmission is responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions.

It is prohibited to unlawfully transmit third parties’ private communications or voices into BlindID.

BlindID does not authorize or encourage such transmission.

However, if third-party content has in fact been transmitted by a user into a BlindID Group Voice Chat Room and becomes subject to review in connection with platform security, fraud, a serious rule violation, or suspected criminal activity, BlindID may:

  • review the relevant part of the incident,

  • accept and evaluate existing recordings submitted to BlindID by users,

  • preserve records relating to the incident to the extent permitted by law,

  • share them with legal advisers and authorized authorities where necessary.

BlindID’s review or preservation of such material does not mean that BlindID considers the conduct of the person who originally transmitted the content to be lawful.

8. Video Feature

The video feature may only be used in areas where BlindID makes the feature available and where the relevant room rules permit its use.

Where use of video is permission-based, the user must obtain the required room or user permissions before activating their camera.

BlindID’s moderation team may review permitted video broadcasts in real time for user safety and enforcement of the Community Rules.

BlindID:

does not routinely record video footage, does not store video footage as permanent video recordings on its servers, and does not process video footage for biometric identification purposes.

Where inappropriate or prohibited images are detected, BlindID may disable the camera, restrict features, remove the user from the room, suspend the account, or permanently terminate the account.

Other users may be able to take screenshots or screen recordings using their own devices. BlindID does not authorize unlawful recordings and is not responsible for users’ own recording activities.

9. Child Safety

BlindID applies a zero-tolerance policy toward the sexual abuse and exploitation of children.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • creating, transmitting, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material,

  • communicating with minors for sexual purposes,

  • grooming,

  • encouraging or facilitating the sexual exploitation of children,

  • sexual extortion targeting children,

  • child trafficking or similar exploitation activities.

These prohibitions apply to audio, video, text, user profiles, usernames, and all other activities conducted through the Services.

When BlindID receives a child-safety-related report, BlindID may:

  • review the content or account,

  • temporarily restrict access,

  • lawfully preserve necessary records,

  • permanently terminate the account,

  • report the matter to authorized authorities where legally required or appropriate.

Child safety reports may also be submitted to support@blindid.com.

10. User Content and Limited License Granted to BlindID

Ownership of content created by the user remains with the user to the extent provided by applicable law.

By using the Services, you grant BlindID only the limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right necessary to technically provide the Services, transmit the content to the relevant users, maintain security, conduct moderation, and operate the Services.

This provision does not grant BlindID the right to use your One-to-One Voice Calls for advertising, content creation, or other commercial purposes.

BlindID’s recording and preservation activities carried out for security purposes are additionally governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

11. Gold and Other Virtual Assets

Gold is a virtual usage entitlement used to access certain digital features or services within BlindID.

Gold may be acquired in exchange for payment at the time of purchase; however:

  • it is not a bank deposit or electronic money,

  • it cannot be used as a means of payment outside BlindID,

  • it cannot be converted into cash by BlindID,

  • it cannot be transferred or sold outside the application.

The way Gold is used within the application, its packages, and the benefits it provides may change from time to time.

Users may not manipulate virtual asset systems, exploit system vulnerabilities, or create artificial balances or earnings.

12. Crystals, Digital Gifts, and BlindID Wallet

BlindID may allow users to send or receive digital gifts and to acquire Crystals or similar digital values within certain features.

The BlindID Wallet is a system displaying eligible balances that have become withdrawable only in accordance with the applicable application rules.

Not every digital value displayed within the application automatically creates a claim to real money.

In order for a withdrawal right to arise, the following requirements determined by BlindID must be satisfied:

  • minimum amount,

  • identity verification,

  • bank account verification,

  • eligibility and security checks,

  • fraud reviews,

  • tax and regulatory obligations.

BlindID may place earnings suspected of having been created fraudulently or artificially on hold for the duration of the review.

A user may not create artificial earnings for their own account, manipulate balances in coordination with other accounts, or use the payment system in a misleading manner.

Tax obligations shall belong to the relevant party in accordance with applicable law.

13. In-App Purchases

Purchases made through the iOS and Android applications are processed through the payment infrastructure of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the relevant application store.

BlindID is not the payment institution that directly processes the payment card in these transactions.

Before confirming a purchase, the user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of:

  • the product being purchased,

  • the purchase price,

  • the relevant application store account.

The payment, billing, and refund rules of the relevant application stores also apply.

14. Refunds

With respect to Gold and other digital benefits, mandatory consumer legislation and the binding rules of Apple, Google, or the relevant payment provider remain applicable.

Refund requests are generally made through the application store where the purchase was made.

BlindID may be technically and financially required to implement a refund decision issued by the application store.

The delivery or use of a digital product may be taken into account in refund reviews in accordance with applicable legislation and the rules of the payment provider.

15. Refund and Chargeback Abuse

Users may not use the refund or chargeback systems of Apple, Google, banks, card issuers, or other payment service providers in a misleading, fraudulent, or abusive manner.

In particular, the following conduct is prohibited:

  • falsely reporting a transaction knowingly made or expressly authorized by the user as an “unauthorized transaction,”

  • falsely stating “my child made it,” “my relative made it,” “I did not make it,” or making similar false statements despite knowing that the user personally made the transaction,

  • claiming otherwise despite knowing that the digital product was delivered or used,

  • making repeated refund/chargeback requests regarding the same transactions on misleading grounds,

  • teaching or advising other users to use false refund or chargeback grounds,

  • multiple users acting in coordination to obtain unjustified refunds.

This provision does not restrict the right of a user who has genuinely experienced an unauthorized transaction, account compromise, unauthorized purchase by a child, or another genuine dispute to make a good-faith application to their bank, application store, or competent authorities.

16. Fraud and Payment Abuse Reviews

Where BlindID suspects fraud, refund/chargeback abuse, or other financial misuse, BlindID may review information relating to the incident, including:

  • purchase and transaction records,

  • Apple/Google server notifications,

  • product delivery records,

  • Gold/Crystal/Wallet and gift transactions,

  • in-app usage records,

  • IP and device information,

  • SMS and account verification records,

  • login/session logs,

  • support correspondence,

  • user reports,

  • relevant audio/screen recordings lawfully received by BlindID.

BlindID may preserve these records in accordance with applicable law for the purposes of preventing fraud, establishing, exercising, or protecting a right, determining its losses, and complying with its legal obligations.

Where necessary, the records may be lawfully shared with application stores, payment service providers, banks, professional legal advisers, and authorized judicial/administrative authorities.

17. Evidence Submitted to BlindID by Users

A user may submit screenshots, screen recordings, audio recordings, messages, or other materials to BlindID in connection with a security incident or rule violation.

BlindID may evaluate materials submitted to it for the purposes of investigating the incident and protecting rights.

The fact that material has been submitted to BlindID does not mean that BlindID considers the method by which the material was originally obtained to be lawful.

Materials whose legal status is disputed may be evaluated without being publicly disclosed and only by necessary authorized personnel, professional advisers, or competent authorities.

18. Sanctions

BlindID may intervene without prior notice, or with notice depending on the nature of the incident, in the following circumstances:

  • violation of the Terms or Community Rules,

  • fraud or payment abuse,

  • user safety risk,

  • compromise of system security,

  • age or identity eligibility issue,

  • legal/administrative request,

  • suspicion of a serious unlawful act.

Available measures may include:

  • warning,

  • restriction of certain features,

  • restriction of access to rooms,

  • placing balances or withdrawal transactions under review,

  • re-verification,

  • temporary account suspension,

  • permanent account termination.

The user’s mandatory rights arising from applicable consumer legislation remain reserved.

19. Legal Proceedings and Preservation of Evidence

If a record, transaction, or content becomes subject to:

  • a security investigation,

  • fraud review,

  • user complaint,

  • an existing or reasonably foreseeable legal dispute,

  • litigation or criminal investigation,

  • a request from a competent authority,

BlindID may retain the relevant information for longer than the ordinary retention period, to the extent required by the relevant process.

Access to retained information is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

20. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights relating to the BlindID application, trademarks, software, designs, graphics, and other materials created by BlindID belong to BlindID or the relevant rights holders.

Your use of the Services does not transfer such rights to you.

21. Third-Party Services

Apple, Google, banks, payment institutions, and other third-party services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies.

BlindID does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party systems outside its control.

22. Liability

The BlindID Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Mandatory provisions of consumer law and other mandatory legislation that cannot be limited remain reserved.

BlindID does not exclude through these Terms any liability arising from its own fault that cannot be limited by law.

23. User Responsibilities

The user is required to:

  • use the Services in compliance with the law,

  • respect the rights of third parties,

  • refrain from abusing payment and refund systems,

  • keep their account secure,

  • be responsible for content they create and transmit.

Where BlindID suffers loss as a result of the user’s violation of these Terms or applicable law, BlindID reserves all rights and claims available to it under applicable law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Jurisdictional provisions under consumer legislation remain applicable to consumer transactions.

For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Amendments to the Terms
