Company is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to Company’s platforms including but not limited to mobile application and widgets and governs data collection and usage. By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide us directly:
Your password and e-mail address or facebook profile when you register for a Company account.
This information allows us to help you or others be "found" on Application.
Communications between you and Company. For example, we may send you service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Application, technical and security notices). Note that you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.

Analytics information:
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Application. These tools collect information sent by User’s device or our Application, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Application. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual user.

Cookies and similar technologies:
Company may use cookies and other technologies in order to understand Users behavior, measure the effectiveness of advertisements. We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information. Similarly, to the extent that non-personal information is combined with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
Company may use cookies and other technologies in mobile advertising services to control the number of times Users see a given ad, deliver ads that relate to Users interests, and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
Company also use cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when Users use our website, online services, and Application. Our goal in these cases is to make Users experience with COMPANY more convenient and personal.

Log file information:
Log file information is automatically reported by your device each time Users download the Application or make a request to access (i.e., visit) the Application.

Device identifiers:
When Users use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Application, Company may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third party partner about how you browse and use the Application and may help Company or others provide reports or personalized content and ads. Some features of the Application may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.

Company collects and uses Users personal information to operate the Application and deliver the services Users have requested. Company also uses Users personally identifiable information beside the information Users provide to inform they of other products or services available from Company and its affiliates. Company may also contact Users via surveys to conduct research about Users opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

In addition to some of the specific uses of information Company describes in this Privacy Policy, Company may use information that it receives to provide personalized content and information to Users, which could include online ads or other forms of marketing.
Company does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Company may, from time to time, contact Users on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to them. In those cases, Users unique personally identifiable information (e-mail) is not transferred to the third party. 3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We will not rent or sell Users information to third parties outside Company without their consent, except as noted in this Policy.

Parties with whom we may share Users’ information:
We may share Users information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that Company is part of, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Application (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences). Company may share personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to Users, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located wherever Company operates.

It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for Company to disclose Users personal information. We may also disclose information about Users if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.

We may also disclose information about Users if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

4. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

Users information collected through the Application may be stored and processed in other countries which Company, its Affiliates or Service Providers maintain facilities. Company, its Affiliates, or Service Providers may transfer information that we collect about Users, including personal information across borders and from their country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.

By registering for and using the Application Users consent to the transfer of information to any other country in which Company, its Affiliates or Service Providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

Company uses commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify Users’ identity before granting access to their account. However, Company cannot ensure the security of any information Users transmit to Company or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

Users are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between them and Company, at all times. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Company does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Application. The Application and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
